Friendly, helpful staff; comfortable room; good location and price
Breakfast was a bit limited (but not terrible); our room next to busy road was a little noisy, but not enough to cause us great disturbance.

This hotel is very simple. It's situated on the 3rd floor of an ordinary apartment block. Reception staff is extremely friendly and helpful (that's unexpected in Russia). Room was really clean, though it doesn't have dressing gown and slippers as it's written. Shower gel and toothpaste on request. It's a bit noisy from outside Moscovskiy prospect, but ok in general. Breakfast is an absolute minimum, don't expect too much. Hotel is situated strategically not far from tourist places and surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets and shopping malls. Would recommend it to anyone who needs a clean b&b for a reasonable price.

The staff were extremely helpful and polite, the room was well maintained and even had a humongous balcony, which should make the place perfect for summer trips. Also, while checking out I was given a discount card for future bookings.
I would recommend some minor adjustments. I felt like the balcony door wasn't properly insulated so it was a bit drafty at night. There were only three power outlets available, and there was none next to the beds. The most troubling thing were the pillows, the regular hotel style thinnish ones you have to fold double to get proper neck support. I wish for something more respectable next time I stay.

Feeling of old St. Petersburg, clean and quiet, everything works. Nice balconies, worth staying!
